1. General Support

  • Q: How do I create an account on Taxsafar?
    A: Click on the ‘Sign Up’ button on the top right, provide your basic details, and verify your mobile/email to get started.
  • Q: What services does Taxsafar provide?
    A: We offer ITR filing, GST returns, company registrations, virtual accounting, loan assistance, and many more business & tax-related services.
  • Q: Where can I check my service request status?
    A: Login to your dashboard → Go to "My Services" → Click on the respective service to view the status and updates.

2. Services Help

  • Q: How do I file an Income Tax Return (ITR)?
    A: Login to your account, go to the ITR section, answer guided questions, and upload necessary documents. Our CA team will take care of the rest.
  • Q: Can I update my documents after submission?
    A: Yes, if the service is still in the ‘Pending’ or ‘Under Review’ status. Go to the service page and click "Update Documents."
  • Q: Do you offer urgent filing or fast-track services?
    A: Yes, we offer priority services at additional fees. Please contact support to enable fast-track processing for your request.

3. Vendor Support

  • Q: How do I become a Taxsafar vendor?
    A: Go to the Vendor Registration page, fill out the required details, and our onboarding team will verify and activate your account within 48 hours.
  • Q: Where can I check my commissions?
    A: Login to your Vendor Dashboard → Go to "Commission Details" to view earned and paid commissions.
  • Q: When will my commissions be paid?
    A: All valid commissions are released within 7–15 business days after payment verification. Refer to our Payment Policy for full terms.

4. Technical Support

  • Q: I'm not receiving OTP or email notifications.
    A: Please check your spam/junk folder. If the issue persists, ensure your mobile/email is correctly updated in your profile or contact support.
  • Q: The website is not loading correctly.
    A: Try clearing your browser cache or switching to an updated browser. You may also try accessing from incognito/private mode.
  • Q: How can I report a bug or error?
    A: Please email tech@taxsafar.com with a screenshot and brief description, or raise a technical ticket through your dashboard.
